哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文AbstractThe application of parallel resonance soft-switch technology in theIntermediate Bus Converter (IBC)was researched in this paper.At the first,we research the principle of the parallel resonance soft-switch technology atthe push-pull forward converter in theory,and then testify the valid ofprinciple analysis by the simulation and test.The Intermediate Bus Convertermainly used in the Intermediate Bus Architecture.It has a huge value in theapplying aspect,and has a large market.According to the statistic,theapplying of Intermediate Bus Architecture will be arised from 2.8%now to28.1%in the five years later.Intermediate Bus Converter have the characteristic of simplenessstructure and higher efficiency,it has achieved the efficiency of 96.6%.Because of using the technology of parallel resonance soft-switch,how toobtain the condition of parallel resonance soft-switch is the key issue of thispaper.We used a special structure in this paper,that under the resonance of leakinductance of transformer and the resonance capacitor interacting,we controlthe switch on and off time of the main switch MOSFET,so the converter canget the fine soft-switch condition:zero current switch (ZCS)on,near zerovoltage switch (ZVS)on and near zero current switch off.The test wave-form,we will provide by the simulation and test aspect,and testified the realized ofthis means mentioned above.During the simulation and test,we are familiarwith the parameter of resonance components and theirs'relation.Thisparameter'relation is useful to the design of this kind converter.At last,we test and get the efficiency,ripple wave-form,noise wave-formand so on at the principle prototype,on the same time we test and analysis thetransient parameter and power on or off wave-form,this attested the designconform to the requirement,so the converter can be used in the market.With the applying of the intermediate bus architecture,we interest in theresearch of the intermediate bus converter.Inversely,the research of the IBC
