北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of Tableware washing deviceAbstractThe emergence of dishwasher has a significant change to the home life.It hassuccessfully solved the problem of eating and washing dishes in the home life,replacingpeople's hands with machinery,and replacing the tired washing work with artificialintelligence.With the development of the times,dishwashers are of various kinds and havetheir own advantages.At the beginning of this design,firstly,the existing dishwasher on the market wasinvestigated,and the overall design requirements of dishwasher were clarified.Accordingto the actual needs of dishwasher,a special automatic dishwasher for canteen wasdesigned.According to the size of spoons and chopsticks in school canteen,we have designed aconveyor belt with vertical convex bar,which can save space and increase cleaningefficiency.Cleaning is divided into two cleaning and one-stage drying,and water flow isused to dissolve tableware stains.The structure of the conveyor belt is analyzed and designed in combination with therelevant technical parameters,so that it can only clean the dinner plate originally,and thestructure design of additional cleaning spoon and chopsticks is added.Through the watertemperature control device and the utilization device of water circulation,a basicallyperfect automatic cleaning machine is formed.Keywords:Tableware washing machine;structural design;mechanical automation
