ABSTRACTAs the process of urban-rural integration is accelerating,a large number of ruralpeople have poured into cities,resulting in a continuous increase in the number ofurban floating population,which has also spawned a large number of housing rentalneeds,resulting in housing rental services becoming the basic living needs of mostpeople.Based on the above social background,in order to better improve theefficiency and quality of house leasing services,it is necessary to build a completehouse leasing management platform as soon as possible.In addition,networktechnology has continued to advance in recent years,and computer technology hasbeen widely used in various industries.Therefore,technical input should be increasedwhen building a house leasing management platform,and the leasing business shouldbe transformed from manual registration to information mode,using computertechnology.Effectively improve the overall efficiency of leasing work.In addition,ITtechnology can store information related to house leasing,and call and organize it intime when needed.This will not only help protect the security of information,but alsohelp solve the current social concern about house leasing management.This article mainly studies the design and implementation of the housing leasemanagement system.The system adopts ssm architecture,selects JSP and SQLSERVER languages,uses jQuery library and uses Tomcat server for development.Design three types of basic users for system functions:users,intermediary companies,and employees.User roles have functions such as login,register,view and modifypersonal information,search for houses,leave comments,rent payment,complaintsand repairs;intermediary company roles have employee management,departmentmanagement,check rent payment status,add new houses,view or modify Functionssuch as housing information,management related information,and access tocomplaint information;employee role permissions include functions such asmodifying login passwords,viewing and modifying complaints and repair records,and managing personal information.The function of this system is basically realized,users can visit the webpage to understand,realize the function of looking for a house,and can rent a house successfully.Intermediary companies can also manage their ownlistings and customers.Key words:house leasing;JSP;SQL SERVER
