北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Perform structural designAbstractICT,English full name in circuit tester,also known as online tester.It is the necessaryproduction and test equipment for PCB related manufacturers,also known as ICT fixture.Now,the common test fixture is a mature product.This design mainly improves thestructure of the common fixture and reduces the related manufacturing cost.It mainly takesthe common test fixture as the prototype,and adds a mechanism on the basis of thecommon test fixture,so that one fixture can complete the two-stage micro needle test,reducing the cost and improving the production efficiency.At the same time,a new type ofradiator is designed,which uses compressed air to reduce the temperature produced by thechip in the work of the fixture.This design mainly includes the structure design,motionanalysis and dimension design of each part of the fixture,as well as the stress check andsimulation analysis of some parts.It mainly uses AutoCAD,sowworks and otherengineering software for auxiliary design,uses sowworks simulation for stress and thermalsimulation,and uses sowworks flow simulation for hydrodynamics simulation.Keywords:ICT;fixture;structure design;simulation
