山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要ABSTRACTMine hoisting equipment is a mechanical and electrical equipment for coal production,itbears the important task of connecting ground and mine tunnel.Mine hoisting equipmentworks on lifting coal,decentralization of material and people.So the reliability of the operationof the hoisting equipment is very important.But in coal production,there are lots of accidentbecause of inaccuracy locating of tracking and positioning.Enhancement of traditionalpositioning device limiting the accuracy and stability.In view of disadvantage of positioning device such as unflexible,not enough adaptabilityand less anti-interference ability.The subject use high-performance laser ranging technology tolocate the container,use digital signal process technology to solve the accuracy and reliabilityissues.The specific methods is to use DDS techology to modulate the laser and make FFT(Fast Fourier Transform)for the transmitted signal and echo signal for phase detection,whichare to enhance the precise location of the container.This paper discusses the theory of laser ranging in detail,fast fourier transform,samplingtheorem and their application in laser ranging system.Make a ranging program for the coalmine hoist container,design the overall program of hardware platform.Design,make and debugthe processor MSP430F449's system and its peripheral interface module such as serialLCD,RS-232 serial commucation,signal generator based on DDS,the debug includinghardware and software.Design and debug the laser driving circiut.Reaserch the theory ofmixing,APD high bias voltage and auto gain control,then design ang debug PCB.Keywords:Upgrading equipment positioning;Laser ranging;Direct Digital Synthesis;MSP430
