AbstractNumerical control technology,is the use of digital control method fora certain process of automatic control technology.It usually controlsthe position,Angle,speed and other mechanical quantities and the flowof mechanical energy related to the switch quantity.The production ofnumerical control depends on the emergence of data carrier and binary dataoperation.CNC milling machine is in the ordinary milling machine set intoa digital control system,can be controlled in the program code moreaccurate milling machine.In order to cooperate with the programming andprocessing of parts,through the CNC milling machine processing,for thespecific parts,the analysis of the process plan,the determination ofthe processing plan,the choice of cutting tools and cutting parameters,determine the processing sequence and processing route,CNC machiningprogramming.This paper mainly starts from the construction of 3d model,the analysisof processing technology and the general steps of machine tool programming,so as to improve my use and understanding of CAD/CAM software and myability of reading and drawing.Finally,through automatic programmingand processing,I hope to find better programming methods and processingmethods in the process,improve efficiency,and can be used in the actualwork to have a deeper understanding of the machining characteristics ofCNC machine tools.With the further strengthening of China's comprehensive national strengthand accession to the wto.China's economy is fully in line withinternational standards,and gradually become a global manufacturingcenter,China's enterprises widely use modern CNC technology toparticipate in international competition.CNC technology is the basis ofmanufacturing automation,integration,is to improve product quality,improve labor productivity indispensable material means.Keywords:lumen;Mating parts;The nc machining
