AbstractIn oil production,storage and sales process,Oil and gas will be very easyto volatilize into the atmosphere,causing oil vapor Hair loss not only wastesresources,but also brings environmental hazards and security risks.Oil andgas recovery is beneficial to the ring Conservation,safety and conservation ofresources are environmentally friendly activities that are economicallybeneficial.Taking the evaporation loss of gas station as the background,and usingAspen Plus software and experimental research,this paper has completedWork next:The process of recovering oil and gas by condensation method issimulated and optimized by using Aspen Plus software.sensitivity analysis.The influence of condensation temperature,feed condition,feedcomposition and operation pressure on the recovery process of oil and gas isdiscussed.Research hair.Now,the recovery rate of oil and gas increases withthe decrease of condensing temperature;the change of feed rate,temperatureand pressure on oil and gas.The recovery rate is not affected,but the energyconsumption increases with the increase of feed flow rate,temperature andpressure.Same cold .At the setting temperature,the more carbon atomscontain,the higher the recovery rate of oil and gas.2
