基于PLC的机械手控制系统设计AbstractOur main focus now is on the ability of the staff to work,and one is the safety ofworkers.The reason why we pay attention to these things is mainly because ourcountry is rapidly developing a modern industrial technology,and then we are nowhighly automated,especially industrial.But even if the technology is here,ourproduction conditions,that is,our production environment has not yet reached acorresponding requirement.It is important that there are many things in ourproduction environment,or that thoughts that are not noticed can threaten the safetyof our workers,or that can affect our productivity.We now have robots,which is avery good invention,because we can use robots to do some engineering work that isnot very convenient for our workers,such as um,metallurgy,chemical industry,Pharmaceutical manufacturing and aerospace.In the use of industrial robots,especially in the manufacturing machinerymanufacturing industry,the development of robots is very fast,and we are graduallystarting to use tools such as robots.At this stage we use robots,loading and unloadingof loading and unloading machines at some terminals,welding and painting,and drophammer presses.This is a way to significantly increase production efficiency andreduce labor costs,and construction has also evolved to mechanized automation.Thebuilt-in program in the robot,and then in the process of using it,he will be based onthe feedback of some of his programs,and is some data received from the outside,canachieve one of his operations according to the intended goal.In this article,we introduced you to the control system of such a robot.The first one,we can give a controller that can be used,how it is programmed.Then we candescribe such a modeling process to everyone,and then we can introduce to you,through these programming and some functions that the design can achieve.At theend of the full text,we,we have carefully designed the software and hardware of thiscontrol system.Keywords:industrial;automation programmable controller manipulator;Remote control:sensor feedback
