Control system of stacking robots based on PLCAbstractThe stacking robot is one of the most frequently encountered control objects inthe modern industrial automation space.With the rapid development of industry inrecent years,as well as the growth of labor,stacking robots are more widely used,andit gradually formed a new discipline,it is widely used in food,beverage,oil processingand steel.And these industrial sites typically having the production task areheavy ,complicated environment,high risk,high labor cost etc,stacking robot underspecial attention because of its remarkable characteristic.In a word,the robot is animportant way to improve worker's labor environment,reduce labor costs andachieve automation production.As new materials,new technology,the development of new equipment,newindustrial stacking robot which based on PLC system not only can be customizedaccording to the needs of the enterprises,but also can save electricity and labor costs,lead to higher profits for the enterprise.This paper mainly studies the control system of the new industrial stackingrobot,which is controlled by PLC,so this article mainly designs the control structurebased on PLC as the main controller.The working principle and control process of thesystem are mainly described,and the design of the software and hardware of the palletrobot are simulated.Key Words:stacking robot PLC control system MCGS
