基于plc的液压回转系统设计AbstractFor the graduation design of PLC electrical control hardware design,automatic heatingproduction line mechanical structure design,the design of PLC control ladder program ismainly to complete the design tasks in the production line,operation control and otherfunctions,can realize the automatic heating control model.The PLC in the system is easy toextend,and the automatic heating control,extension and modification of the model throughappropriate,more automated line layer can be applied.The system design for the productionline of the solid model of stable operation,strong logic control system is the maincharacteristic of practice teaching to meet the needs of the PLC,the PLC is closer toengineering practice teaching,students'practical ability,at the same time,the PLC controlsystem hardware platform to build a,other the PLC can be used in practical courses.Thisgraduation project can carry on smoothly,the foreshadowing of the theory basic knowledge isessential.The students in the future a good grasp of the basic theoretical knowledge oflearning,I began to access to relevant information,need to be studied on the designknowledge,through access to relevant information and using usually learned knowledge tosolve the graduation design required to solve the problem,so as to graduation design welldone this,in the graduation design I hope through the design of the best system to realize thegraduation design.The subject of this graduation project is the design of hydraulic back turn based on PLC.Through the design of the rotary hydraulic system,we can not only design the hydraulicsystem,but also master the methods and steps of the mechanical design and the knowledge ofPLC.The main contents of this study include:first,understand the principle and applicationof slewing hydraulic system,including slewing hydraulic system design principle,maintechnical parameters and mechanical parts of the design,including the transmission schemedesign stage,calculation,calculation and verification of the worm and worm gear,the design,selection and examination of the motor selection,bearing,calibration the shaft and thebearing,the final design of the control part.Rotary hydraulic system design,first of all,theoverall program design,transmission program of gear transmission,worm drive,and thenpart of the design and inspection,worm and overall structure,worm gear and work table withscrew connection.Finally complete the assembly.Key words:rotary hydraulic system;PLC;programmable logic device
