广东东软学院本科毕业设计（论文）AbstractIn recent years,the number of logistics enterprises in China has beengrowing rapidly and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.As aresult,the profits of logistics enterprises obtained by relying on traditionallogistics services have been continuously squeezed.Value-added logisticsservices are the only way for logistics enterprises to improve their viability,competitiveness and profitability.Taking zhaoqing sanrong port co.,LTD as an example,this paper USESSWOT analysis method to summarize company's resources,capabilities andother basic conditions,and proposes and discusses the company's logisticsvalue-added services that can be expanded in storage and transportation links.Then,in order to implement the value-added services in storage andtransportation,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward.Finally,this paper summarizes and the selection and value-added services.This program will provide guidance for the future value-added servicedevelopment of zhaoqing sanrong port co,and provide a demonstration andreference for the extension of the business scope of the same type ofdomestic freight forwarding enterprises.Keywords:Value-added Service:Third-party logistics:Warehousing andtransportation
