本科论文AbstractAt present,the rapid development of science and technology has brought a very rich userand active market to the production enterprises,but also brought great challenges to theproduction enterprises.The waste of time is very serious in the process of transportation.Theenterprise arranges the internal workshop of the factory or the internal equipment of eachworkshop in a scientific way,which can improve the efficiency of work logistics and savecosts.On the one hand of labor cost,the most important thing is to reduce the invalid waitingtime of workers.Based on the research background of Q company,this design mainlycompletes the following aspects:(1)Through the study of the contents and methods of facility planning,this studysummarizes the research status and method theory at home and abroad,describes thesystematic analysis of the reducer processing plant of Q company,introduces the structurediagram of the reducer,the composition of parts and components,the production process flowand the related attributes of the operation unit of Q factory,and finds out the existingproblems.(2)Combined with the actual situation of the factory,the problems of Q factory arestudied and analyzed.On the reasonable basis,the logistics related analysis and non logisticsrelated analysis are carried out.Then according to the analysis results,the location relatedmap and area related map are drawn.SLP method is used to design and plan the layout of thefactory.Then select the evaluation index of the scheme,use AHP to establish the weight of theevaluation index of the scheme,then use the survey method to obtain the evaluation indexdata,finally use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate and grade eachsecondary index of the three improvement schemes,obtain the final evaluation value of eachscheme,and select the optimal scheme.Through the method of this design,the factory layout of Q company is optimized to get anew layout scheme,which can meet the needs of production activities of Q company,achievethe goal of layout optimization of Q company,reduce logistics cost and improve logisticsefficiency.Key words:Production logistics;facility layout planning;SLP;AHP:Fuzzy comprehensive
