本科论文关键词:无人仓;电商物流:AGV;货到人:无人仓仿真规划系统AbstractAs the main basic industry of economic development and social construction,logisticsindustry plays an indispensable role in daily life.With the continuous development oflogistics industry,the demand of customers will increase,and e-commerce enterprises willimprove the existing business model to meet the needs of customers to meet the requirementsof customers.Therefore,the construction of unmanned warehouse is the development trend ofall e-commerce enterprises in the future.Compared with artificial warehouse,unmannedwarehouse has obvious advantages,such as high efficiency,high accuracy and labor costsaving.Many logistics enterprises began to study the corresponding technology in the field ofintelligent logistics unmanned.With the gradual maturity of unmanned technology,manyenterprises built their own unmanned warehouse.On the basis of modern logistics,the research object of this design is the layoutoptimization of Suning unmanned warehouse.The simulation model of Suning unmannedwarehouse is built by using the unmanned warehouse simulation planning software,includingthe reservoir area design,path planning,shelf layout,storage location setting,task allocation,etc.the number of AGV robots and storage location allocation strategy are simulated,and thebest scheme is found through the total data analysis after the experiment.This design is based on the research on the background of Suning unmanned warehouse.Firstly,we understand the enterprise background and current situation of Suning.Through theresearch on the picking operation process,layout planning,route design and other aspects ofSuning unmanned warehouse "goods to people"system,we find the existing problems inSuning unmanned warehouse,and understand the relevant theories and solutions.Then usethe software of unmanned warehouse simulation planning system to model the pickingprocess of Suning unmanned warehouse.Under a certain warehouse area,simulate thenumber of AGV robots,and get the optimal scheme for the number of AGV robots.Then,onthe basis of the number of AGV robots as the optimal scheme model,other parameters arefixed,the storage allocation strategy is simulated,and the optimal scheme is obtained bycomparing the operation results.Finally,the operation efficiency of the best scheme is
