本科论文关键词:仓储系统:布局规划:仿真:FlexsimAbstractWith the development of logistics,the storage of goods is important.Warehousing is animportant part of today's logistics system,as well as the flow of goods.Only by planning thelogistics and storage system in accordance with the actual layout,can we not only improve theflow of goods,but also make the production and processing of enterprises more smooth.Atpresent,the development situation of China's auto market is very good,and it still keeps arapid rising trend.As the main component of the auto parts logistics system,the auto partsstorage system will speed up the development of the auto parts logistics market,which ismore and more valued by the management.With the rapid development and improvement of computer simulation technology,theuse of simulation method to simulate the storage system of auto parts has been more and moreconcerned by academic circles and enterprise managers.This paper simulates the layout of thestorage system through Flexsim simulation software.Taking Z company as the researchbackground,the relevant storage theory and simulation theory are elaborated.Based on theactual storage requirements of Z company,the layout planning of the functional area of thewarehouse was carried out,the warehousing process and the outbound process were analyzed,and the conceptual model of the warehouse was established.Finally,the warehousesimulation was carried out through Flexsim software.It has solved the storage needs of Zcompany and met the logistics service of BMW's spare parts.The simulation construction of auto parts storage system can provide enterprises withearly planning support.In warehouse planning and design,modeling and analysis in advancecan not only avoid major mistakes in the company's new planning project,but also reduceunnecessary losses of the enterprise.Finally,relevant problems can be analyzed throughsimulation results to solve unnecessary problems in advance.
