武汉科技大学本科毕业设计摘要本次设计为某铁矿2250kWa地下开采方案设计,设计的主要任务是为某铁矿设计合理的开拓系统和采矿方法。本次设计主要依据某铁矿的地质资料、国家相关的法律法规及行业标准,借鉴类似矿山的设计经验,根据本科期间所学的专业知识,结合CAD等工业软件,在保证安全的前提下设计出一套技术上可行,经济上合理的方案。本设计针对某铁矿矿体进行地下开采方案设计,矿体总体走向为292°,倾向为206°,倾角为30-60°,平均厚度约50m,矿区构造复杂,金属矿物主要是磁铁矿(FeO4),其次为黄铁矿(FeS2)。本设计完成了某矿山地质特征研究、矿山生产能力校核、矿山开拓方案设计、矿山机械设备选型、矿山采矿方法设计、矿山排土排水方式、矿山开采计划安排、矿山的总平面布置、辅助设施设计、矿山环境保护和矿山安全、概算和技术分析等内容。其中以开拓方案设计、采矿方法设计和机械设备选型为主。通过研究,本设计矿山选择的开拓方式为下盘竖井联合斜坡道开拓,设有主井用于提升矿石,副井用于提升人员设备兼作进风井,另设有东、西两风井用作回风,采矿方法为分段空场嗣后充填法,排水方式集中式排水,各阶段涌水经泄水井排入-500m阶段的水仓中,经由水泵房排至地表,通风方式两翼对角式,各阶段采用铲运机出矿,直流架线式电机车牵引矿车运输。通过计算,该矿山总投资为110973.115万元,销售收入为90720万元a,静态投资回收期8.73年(含建设期4年),动态投资回收期14.2年(含建设期4年),财务净现值为83731.82万元,内部收益率为15%,盈亏平衡点为17.68%,验证了该方案在技术上可行,经济上合理。关键词:金属矿:地下开采:竖井联合斜坡道开拓:分段空场嗣后充填法;两翼对角式武汉科技大学本科毕业设计AbstractThis design is for the underground mining program design of an iron ore mine 2250kt/a.The main task of the design is to design a reasonable pioneering system and mining method foran iron ore mine.This design is mainly based on the geological data ofan iron ore mine,relevantnational laws and regulations and industry standards,drawing on the design experience ofsimilar mines,according to the professional knowledge learned during the undergraduate period,combined with CAD and other industrial software,to design a set of technically feasible andeconomically reasonable program under the premise of ensuring safety.The design of this design for an iron ore body for underground mining program design,the overall strike ofthe ore body is292°,inclination of206°,dip angle of30~60°,the averagethickness of about 50 m,the mine is tectonically complex,the metal minerals are mainlymagnetite (Fe304),followed by pyrite (FeS2).This design completes the study of geological characteristics ofa mine,calibration of mineproduction capacity,design of mine development program,selection of mine machinery andequipment,design of mine mining methods,mine drainage,mine mining plan arrangement,general layout of the mine,design of auxiliary facilities,mine environmental protection andmine safety,budget estimates and technical analysis,and so on.Among them,the pioneeringprogram design,mining method design and mechanical equipment selection are the main ones.Through the study,the design of the mine selected for the development of the lower plateshaft joint ramp development,with a main shaft for lifting ore,deputy shaft for lifting personneland equipment and as an air intake shaft,and there are two east and west shafts for the returnair,the mining method for the section of the mine room after the filling method,the drainagemethod of centralized water drainage,the stages of the surge of water through the water wellsdischarged into the -500m stage of the water tank,through the pump room to the surface,ventilation method of two-wing diagonal type,the water tanks,the water pump room to thesurface.Ventilation method is diagonal with two flanks,and each stage is transported by shovels,and the mine cars are hauled by DC overhead line motor cars.T
