联合小学高学段的家庭劳动教育现状及对策研究摘要随着社会对个体需求的日益增长,家庭劳动教育作为培养学生生活技能、责任感的重要途径,其重要性日益凸显。然而,在农村小学高学段,家庭劳动教育的实施状况及效果仍面临诸多挑战。因此,深入探讨该领域的现状、问题及解决策略,对于促进学生全面发展、提升家庭教育质量具有重要意义。本研究采用问卷调研与深度访谈相结合的方式,对联合小学学生家庭劳动教育情况展开调研。调研内容主要包含:一是学生家庭基本情况,二是父母对劳动教育的认知程度,三是家长对子女的发展期待,四是家庭劳动教育具体内容,五是家庭劳动教育的实施方式。通过调研数据发现,当前家庭劳动教育主要受到家庭环境、学生和学校教育三方面因素影响,表现为:一是家庭对劳动教育认识的偏差:二是学生参与劳动实践的时间不足:三是家校之间在劳动教育方面的配合有待加强。这些问题的出现,本文提出了相应的对策:一是家长学习有关劳动教育的知识,提高认识水平,鼓励孩子参与家务劳动:二是家长和学校激发学生兴趣,学生主动参与到劳动实施过程。三是家校共同合作推进劳动教育。本研究对联合小学高学段家庭劳动教育的改进有着指导意义,可以促进学生德智体美劳发展,更好的提高家庭教育的质量。关键词:家庭劳动教育:小学高学段:对策研究ABSTRACTNowadays,as society's pushing for well-rounded development,teaching kids life skills,responsibility,and independence through chores at home has become a big deal.But here's thething-in rural elementary schools,especially the higher grades,making this kind of home-basededucation work is still a tough nut to crack.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the currentsituation,problems and solutions in this field is of great significance for promoting the all-rounddevelopment of students and improving the quality of family education.This paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and interview to study the currentsituation of family labor education in Lianhe Primary School.It investigates the current situationof family labor education for primary school students from five aspects:family background,parents'understanding of school labor education,parents'expectations for their children,thecontent of family labor education,and the methods of family labor education.It studies andanalyzes how family labor education for primary school students is affected by three factors:family,students,and schools,which are reflected in the following four points:First,somefamilies have improper concepts of labor education;second,some families have a single way oflabor education;third,students spend little time on labor;fourth,there is a lack of effectivecooperation between families and schools.In response to these problems,this paper proposes the following countermeasures:First,enhance parents'awareness of labor education and encourage children to participate in householdlabor;second,stimulate students'interest in labor and actively participate in the labor process;third,strengthen the cooperation between families and schools to jointly promote labor education.This study has certain guiding significance for the improvement of family labor education in theupper grades of Lianhe Primary School,which is conducive to promoting the all-rounddevelopment of students and improving the quality of family education.Key words:Family labor education:Primary and secondary school stages;Countermeasureresearch目录第1章绪论...1.1研究背景.……………1.1.1劳动教育中发挥基础作用是家庭劳动教育.…1.1.2农村小学高学段家庭劳动教育政策背景.........…11.2国内外研究综述…………………21.2.1国外研究综述...21.2.2国内研究综述21.3研究意义与研究目的..31.3.1课题研究的意义..31.3.2课题研究的目的...1.4研究对象与研究内容...41.4.1课题研究的对象..41.4.2课题研究的内容..51.5研究思路及研究方法..51.5.1课题研究的思路51.5.2课题研究的方法..第2章核心概念界定与理论基础>2.1核心概念界定.......2.1.1劳动教育....2.1.2家庭劳动教育...72.2理论基础.......….72.2.1劳动教育思想..
