高校毕业生就业质量评价实证研究一以海南大学为例摘要在如今经济全球化时代,为了推动我国高等教育事业的发展,我国开始转变自己的教育模式,积极发展大众教育。能够发现,长期以来各界对于大学生就业的关注度都很高。近年来毕业生就业率始终保持良好上升态势,“就业难”问题看似已经解决,然而从增数量到提质量的转变就面临着就业质量如何提高的问题。近年来,“提高就业质量”成为各级政府和各高校对于就业最关注的问题。社会群体和专家学者也对就业质量问题如何提升表现出了充足的研究热情。大学毕业生的就业质量既是反映大学生在校期间内学习能力的现实体现,也是判断毕业后发展情况的具体表现。因此,以大学毕业生为研究对象,对其就业质量以及受到哪些因素的影响展开研究,其现实意义极大。所谓就业质量,指的是以毕业生为对象,对其就业以及对毕业后各方面的满意情况进行衡量所获得的结论。本文在文献综述的基础上,通过分析研究、专家评定、咨询更改最终确定就业质量评价体系,从个体特征、人力资本、求职主动性、就业现状企业竞争力五个方面评价其就业质量。运用AHP模型分析数据并得出结论。结果表明影响海南大学毕业生就业质量的主要因素为学历层次、毕业生在校成绩、就业薪资水平等,同时基于此来为如何令毕业生就业质量得到提升建言献策。关键词:就业质量;高校毕业生;评价体系;对策分析AbstractWith the further development of economic globalisation and the implementation of the talentcompetition strategy,China's higher education is changing from "elite education"to "mass education".The employment rate of university graduates has always been an issue of concern to the govemmentand people from all walks of life.In recent years,the employment rate of graduates has alwaysmaintained a good upward trend,and the problem of "employment difficulties"seems to have beensolved,but the change from increasing the quantity to improving the quality faces the problem of howto improve the quality of employment.In recent years,"improving the quality of employment"hasbecome the main concern of govemments at all levels and universities.Social groups and experts andscholars have also shown sufficient enthusiasm for research on how to improve the quality ofemployment.The employment quality of university graduates is not only a reflection of their leamingability during their school years,but also a concrete expression of their development after graduation.Therefore,it is of great relevance to study the employment quality of university graduates and itsinfluencing factors.Employment quality is a comprehensive concept that measures the employment status of graduatesin the initial employment process and their satisfaction in various aspects.Based on the literature review,this paper finalises the employment quality evaluation system through analysis and research,expertevaluation and consultation changes to evaluate their employment quality in five aspects:individualcharacteristics,human capital,job search initiative,employment status and enterprise competitiveness.The AHP model was used to analyse the data and draw conclusions.The results show that the mainfactors affecting the employment quality of Hainan University graduates are the level of education,graduates'school performance,employment salary level,the room for promotion within the unit and thetraining opportunities provided by the unit to the employed personnel.Recommendations are made toenhance the employment quality of graduates at a comprehensive level.Key words:employment quality;College graduates;Evaluation system;Countermeasure analysis目录1绪论121.1研究背景1.2文献综述…21.2.1国外研究现状….21.2.2国内研究现状21.3研究意义41.4研究方法….51.5研究难点与创新点…。1.5.1研究的难点1.5.2研究的创新点...S1.6研究内容与思路1.6.1文本研究内容….61.6.2文本研究思路.62就业质量相关概念论述与理论依据.82.1就业质量的基本概念.82.1.1就业….82.1.2就业质量.。.82.1.3就业理念……82
