成都市幼儿园中班绘本教学中师幼互动的现状研究摘要:教师与幼儿之间的互动关系贯穿于整个幼儿园的各个阶段,对幼儿的成长产生了深远的影响,绘本教学活动广泛运用于幼儿园教学活动中,教师与幼儿的互动在绘本教学当中有着举足轻重的影响,具体表现于好的师幼互动对于幼儿的语言能力和阅读水平都有提升,同时绘本教学的质量也会得到提高。本次研究对相关的文献资料进行搜集与分析,并以成都市成华区A、B、C三所幼儿园的中班幼儿与教师作为观察对象,对三所幼儿园的中班教师与幼儿之间的互动现状进行了观察和分析,在对现状进行分析的基础上,笔者将其分成四大部分。第一,主要是选题有关部分,核心概念界定,研究对象和方法的确定等。第二,调查成都市幼儿园中班绘画教学中师幼互动的现状,主要分为了:1、师幼互动的主体,主要包含了教师与幼儿。通过调查研究发现教师的主体性较强。2、师幼互动的性质,教师与幼儿的施动性行为和反馈性行为的性质都属于师幼互动的性质,在调查研究中我们得知教师的施动行为的性质会直接对幼儿反馈行为的性质产生影响。3、师幼互动的内容,包括教师发起的互动和幼儿发起的互动两类,在这两类互动当中,教师发起的互动内容里主要都是在管理纪律,举报活动,对幼儿提问,而由幼儿发起的互动当中则大部分都是在向老师寻求帮助。4、师幼互动的次数,绘画教学活动主要环节为导入、师幼共读、结束:其中在师幼共读环节当中双方的互动最多。5、师幼互动所产生的结果,在教师主动发起的互动中,幼儿大多数的采取了接受的态度,而在幼儿发起的互动中,教师很多都是采取了视而不见、回避的态度。第三,通过观察和分析绘本教学当中的师幼互动来发现其中存在的问题和导致问题产生的原因。其中存在的问题有:1、教师在师幼互动中占主导地位,幼儿没有发挥其主体性:2、教师提问次数多,提问质量不高:3、忽视了幼儿的差异性。原因有:1、教师教学观念影响师幼互动的质量:2、有关师幼互动的培训较少:3、教师自身能力不足,缺乏对绘本的深度挖掘。第四,根据所存在的问题提出相对应的建议:1、教师应更新教育观念,发挥幼儿的主体性:2、教师应增加对绘本的学习,提高自身能力:3、教师应重视个体差异,促进幼儿的个性发展。关键词:幼儿园:绘本教学;师幼互动Research on the current situation of teacher andyoung interaction in the teaching of middle-classpicture books in Chengdu KindergartenUndergraduate:Qin HuilingSupervisor:Yu XiaomingAbstract:The interaction between teachers and children throughout the variousstages of the kindergarten,has a profound impact on children's growth,collectivepicture book teaching activity is an important part of kindergarten teaching activities,and interaction in kindergarten plays a collective picture book teaching,a goodinteraction,and not only can improve children's language ability and reading level,also can improve the quality of picture book teaching.The research to collect and analysis the relevant literature,and in Chengdudistrict A,B,C three kindergarten children and teachers as observation object,observation analysis of Chengdu kindergarten picture book interaction in the teachingsituation,mainly includes the subject of the interaction,the content,different pictureteaching interaction and the results,through observation,interview method to analyzethe present situation,and the research is divided into the following four importantparts.First,it includes a review of the background and importance of topic selection,research objectives,methods and literature.Second,the current situation survey of the interaction between teacher and childin the picture book teaching in Chengdu kindergarten mainly includes1.The main body of the interaction between teachers and children mainlyincludes teachers and children.Through the investigation and research,it is found thatthe teachers'subjectivity is strong.2.The nature of the interaction between teachers and children,including thenature of teachers and children's exercise behavior and the nature of the feedbackbehavior between teachers and children.Through the investigation and research,it isclear to see that the nature of teachers'exercise behavior has an important influenceon the nature of children's feedback behavior.3.The content of teacher-child interaction is divided into the interaction initiatedby teachers an
