贵州省兴仁市政策性农业保险购买意愿调查分析摘要众所周知，政策性农业保险是以保险业的市场化建设运作为基础，由政府采取投保补偿等政策支持，对农业种植业、养殖业等由于发生天灾或者意外事故而引起的经济损失，进行的直接物化成本保障。兴仁市目前开展的政策性农业保险是由地方政府部门策划举办的，意在保障和支持兴仁市农业发展的一项公益性农业保险产品，有保险品种比较多和保费相对于商业性质的农业保险来说保费更低的特点。而政策性农业保险的主要目的，就是为构建完善政策性农业保险管理工作的有效管理机制，以进一步提高农户入保率、优惠政策落实率和理赔落实度，以达到“尽量降低农户费用承担”、“尽可能减少农户因灾经济损失”的目标需要，从而促进政策性农业保险事业又好又快地发展。本文采取问卷调查的方式，以贵州省兴仁市为样本采集地区，对兴仁市农户购买政策性农业保险的相关情况以及意愿进行了调查统计。在调查问卷中，本着掌握的农户生产基本状况、播种面积和主要经济作物品种、生产经营水平、农户健康状况和购买状况等基本信息价展开调查撰写，并根据兴仁市政策性农业保险的发展状况和有关文献，以凭借农业利益为主要家庭收入的农户为主要考察对象发放问卷调查开展研究，并对其结果加以综合分析，寻找影响兴仁市农户选择政策性农业保险意愿的主要原因和潜在问题，并据此提供具体的对策意见以推动兴仁市政策性农业保险的健康发展。关键词：政策性农业保险：贵州省兴仁市：购买意愿AbstractAs we all know,policy oriented agricultural insurance is based on the market-orientedconstruction and operation of the insurance industry,supported by the government's policiessuch as insurance compensation,and the direct materialized cost guarantee for the economiclosses caused by natural disasters or accidents in agricultural planting and breeding industry.The policy agricultural insurance currently carried out in Xingren city is planned andorganized by local government departments.It is a public welfare agricultural insuranceproduct intended to protect and support the agricultural development of Xingren city.It hasthe characteristics of more insurance varieties and lower premium compared with commercialagricultural insurance.The main purpose of policy based agricultural insurance is to build andimprove the effective management mechanism of policy based agricultural insurancemanagement,so as to further improve the insurance coverage rate of farmers,theimplementation rate of preferential policies and the implementation degree of claims,so as toachieve the goal needs of"minimizing farmers'expenses"and "minimizing farmers'economiclosses due to disasters",so as to promote the sound and rapid development of policy basedagricultural insurance.Taking Xingren city of Guizhou Province as the sample collection area,this paper makesa survey and statistics on the relevant situation and willingness of farmers to buy policyagricultural insurance in Xingren city.In the questionnaire,based on the basic informationprice of farmers'production status,sowing area and main cash crop varieties,production andmanagement level,farmers'health status and purchase status,and according to thedevelopment status and relevant literature of policy agricultural insurance in Xingren City,thequestionnaire was issued to farmers whose main family income is agricultural interests,Andmake a comprehensive analysis of the results,find the main reasons and potential problemsthat affect farmers'willingness to choose policy agricultural insurance in Xingren City,andprovide specific countermeasures to promote the healthy development of policy agriculturalinsurance in Xingren city.Keywords:Policy Agricultural Insurance;Xingren City;Guizhou Province;PurchaseIntentionm目录摘要.Abstract.....0绪论…1政策性农业保险的概述31.1政策性农业保险的概念31.2政策性农业保险的特点31.3政策性农业保险的种类31.4研究政策性农业保险购买意愿影响因素的意义32兴仁市政策性农业保险购买意愿现状分析52.1调查
