体育舞蹈专业本科毕业生创业研究——以淮北师范大学为例

体育舞蹈专业本科毕业生创业研究以淮北师范大学为例某某淮北师范大学体育学院摘要：我国社会经济发展进入新常态，经济发展的压力不断增大，就业不确定性因素增多，体育舞蹈专业本科毕业生就业形势同样不容乐观。面对严峻的就业形势，国家大力支持和鼓励大学生自主创业。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法，借鉴融合Robert1.Calvin《创业管理》、朱永华等人所著《大学生创业模式分析》等管理学理论，结合体育舞蹈专业特点立足于新就业形势，从机构类型、启动资金、宣传推广、经营目标和竞争战略五个方面，对体育舞蹈专业本科毕业生自主经营模式进行研究，并得出以下结论：1.体育舞蹈自主经营创业模式的机构类型以文化类民办非企业和体育类民办非企业为主：90%的体育舞蹈自主经营创业模式资金来源于亲友借款和自有资金：宣传单页、手机移动平台在宣传推广中的使用率为100%。2.体育舞蹈专业本科毕业生自主经营创业模式机构注册类型不完善，名称使用不规范：资金来源简单，融资渠道单一。3.体育舞蹈专业本科毕业生自主经营模式存在不足，但可以通过相应措施和手段予以完善。4.体育舞蹈专业毕业生自主经营模式能够融合体育舞蹈专业与毕业生特点，解决就业，值得参考借鉴。经研究证明体育舞蹈专业本科毕业生自主经营模式值得参考借鉴，采用以下策略优化：1.依法注册登记，合理合法经营：拓宽融资渠道，增加资金来源。2.学校和政府应多途径强化创业教育和创业政策的投入和落实。3.体育舞蹈本科毕业生要不断提高自身水平。4.创业者应多参加同行业的创业者活动，充分重视新媒体和新变化，寻找适合自己的自主经营创业新模式。关键词：新就业形势：体育舞蹈；本科毕业生：Research on the entrepreneurship of undergraduatesmajoring in sports dance-Taking Huaibei NormalUniversity as an example某某P.E.Department of Huaibei Normal UniversityAbstract:my country's social and economic development has entered a new normal,the pressure of economic development is increasing,and the employment uncertaintyfactors are increasing.The employment situation of graduates majoring in sportsdance is also not optimistic.Facing the severe employment situation,the statestrongly supports and encourages college students to start their own businesses.This paper adopts the method of literature materials,questionnaire survey,fieldinvestigation,etc.,draws on and integrates management theories such as RobertJ.Calvin's "Entrepreneurship Management",Zhu Yonghua and others'"Analysis ofCollege Students'Entrepreneurship Models",and combines the characteristics ofsports dance.The new employment situation,from the five aspects of institution type,start-up capital,publicity and promotion,business objectives and competition strategy,researches on the independent management mode of undergraduates majoring insports dance,and draws the following conclusions:1.The types of institutions in the self-operated and entrepreneurial model ofsports dance are mainly cultural private non-enterprises and sports privatenon-enterprises;90%of the funds for the self-operated and entrepreneurial model ofsports dance come from loans from relatives and friends and their own funds;leaflets,mobile phones,etc.The usage rate of mobile platform in promotion is 100%.2.Undergraduate students majoring in sports dance have imperfect registration types ofself-operated and entrepreneurial institutions,and the use of names is not standardized;the source of funds is simple,and the financing channels are single.3.There aredeficiencies in the self-management model of undergraduates majoring in sportsdance,but they can be improved through corresponding measures and means.4.Theindependent business model of graduates of sports dance can integrate thecharacteristics of sports dance and graduates to solve employment,which is worthy ofreference.Research has proved that the self-management model of undergraduatesmajoring in sports dance is worth reference,and the following strategies are used tooptimize:1.Register i
