沈阳澳玛家具库存管理问题研究摘要:现在,由于市场的竞争越来越激烈,企业获得利润的空间也越来越小。因此,怎样才能让自己的经营水平得到更多的提高,从而获得更大的市场空间,成为了企业必须要重视和考虑的问题。随着对运营和供应链管理思想的逐步深入,公司对库存管理问题也变得更加关注起来,现在,库存管理已经变成了公司提升公司运营管理能力,并提升公司的市场竞争力的一个关键要素。沈阳澳玛公司的存货管理是一种经验主义和粗放型的经营方式,缺少科学的理论指导。论文以沈阳澳玛为例,对其库存管理问题展开了深入的探讨,在对库存管理的理论与方法进行了深入的探讨之后,首先从库存管理的实际情况出发,发现了其库存管理中的一些问题,如:需求预测不准确,帐实不符,缺乏科学的库存管理方法,以及库存管理方法的滞后等,并对这些问题的成因进行了剖析。在此基础上,结合企业的现状,从企业的经营和经营方面,为沈阳澳玛的企业制定了相应的应对措施,以期缓解企业的存货问题,减少存货的积压,增加企业的利润。本文在对这些问题进行的分析中,总结出了一些关于存货控制的问题及其根源,这些问题在国内的中小型家具公司都是比较典型的,而且,本文所介绍的存货管理的策略和办法,从公司的观点和行业的观点来看,都具有实用性、可操作性和可操作性。希望通过论文的研究,来提升沈阳澳玛家具公司的存货管理,为其他拥有类似特征的中小企业提供参考。关键词:库存管理;ABC分类法:库存周转率Research on inventory management of ShenyangAuma FurnitureAbstract:Nowadays,as the competition in the market becomes more and more fierce,theprofit space for enterprises is getting smaller and smaller.Therefore,how to make their ownmanagement level to get more improvement,so as to obtain greater market space,has becomethe enterprise must pay attention to and consider the problem.With the gradual deepening ofthe operation and supply chain management ideas,the company has become more concernedabout inventory management.Now,inventory management has become a key element of thecompany to improve the company's operation management ability and enhance the company'smarket competitiveness.Shenyang Aoma Company's inventory management is an empirical and extensive mode ofmanagement,lack of scientific theoretical guidance.This paper takes Shenyang Aoma as anexample,and launches an in-depth discussion on its inventory management problems.After anin-depth discussion on the theory and method of inventory management,firstly starts from theactual situation of inventory management,and finds out some problems in its inventorymanagement,such as:Demand forecast is not accurate,the account is inconsistent,the lack ofscientific inventory management methods,and inventory management methods lag,and thecauses of these problems are analyzed.On this basis,combined with the current situation of theenterprise,from the aspects of enterprise management and operation,the correspondingcountermeasures are formulated for Shenyang Auma enterprise,in order to alleviate theinventory problem of the enterprise,reduce the inventory backlog,and increase the profit of theenterprise.In the analysis of these problems,this paper summarizes some inventory controlproblems and their root causes,these problems are typical in domestic small and medium-sizedfurniture companies,and the inventory management strategies and methods introduced in thispaper,from the company's point of view and the industry's point of view,are practical,operable and maneuverable.Through the research of this paper,we hope to improve theinventory management of Shenyang Auma Furniture Company and provide reference for othersmall and medium-sized enterprises with similar characteristics.Key words:Inventory management ABC Classification Inventory carry rate目录第一章引言..1.1研究背景及意义1.1.1研究背景...1.1.2研究意义…1.2研究目的与方法.24444444444444444444444444
