基于PLC的转盘运动控制系统设计摘要近年来,国家工业自动化技术的不断发展和成熟,PLC由于其性能稳定、性能稳定、功能强大,已逐渐成为大部分控制系统的核心设备,这也使可编程控制器在当代工业自动化生产中有了很好的利用,并且都已达到了理想的效果。本文首先概述了产品包装转盘系统的特点、组成及发展现状,其次进行了包装检测系统控制部分的设计,本文所设计的产品包装转盘系统分为传送单元、包装单元、分检单元三个部分,通过对各个部分进行硬件和软件设计,实现了各自的功能。最后通过仿真证明了该系统能够比较稳定的运行,同时工人的工作环境也得到了很大的改善,进而工作效率也被提高了。关键词PLC包装检测转盘AbstractIn recent years,the national industrial automation technology unceasingdevelopment and mature,programmable controller (PLC)with its stable andreliable performance and enough in itself most powerful gradually become the coreof the control system device,which makes the programmable controller in thecontemporary industrial automation production with good use,and achieves theideal effect.At first,this paper summarizes the characteristics of product packaging testingsystem,the composition and the development present situation,the second for thedesign of the packaging test system control part,this paper is divided intotransmission product packaging design by the detection system,sorting,packagingunits unit three parts,through the study of the hardware and software design ofeach part,realized the function of each.Finally,the simulation proves that thesystem can be stable operation,at the same time,the working environment ofworkers got very big improvement,and the efficiency was raised.The PLC system itself has an independent storage system,with differentstructures and obvious differences in content.The user memory can store relatedsoftware and systems,which can ensure that the structure can expand the storagecapacity of the electrical automation system.In the application of PLC technology,confidential data storage operations can be done according to actual needs.In thisway,the key position can be determined in the shortest time in the actualequipment investigation.Key word plc packaging testing system
