摘要近年来,由于其出色的机械强度、耐热特性以及耐腐蚀特点,碳纤维复合材料被越来越多地应用于各种行业,尤其是军事、医药、航空航天等。然而,由于它的热传导特性较差,使它的使用范围受到一定的局限。经过改性,我们获得了一种新型的无溶剂BN纳米流体,它可以有效地改善BN纳米粒子在水性上浆剂中的分散性,从而大大提升了碳纤维复合材料的力学性能和热导率。通过使用硅烷偶联剂-聚醚氨(KH560-M2070),我们成功地将BN改性且获得不含溶剂的纳米流体,从而实现了其有效的应用。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪、热失重分析等验证该纳米流体的合成。经过本次研究,我们发现无溶剂BN纳米流体具有出色的分散性和稳定性,为改性水性上浆剂的开发奠定了坚实的基础。通过添加不同浓度的BN纳米流体,我们可以有效地改善碳纤维的性能。这种改性方法可以使碳纤维更加坚韧,并且可以有效地提升其力学性能和导热性能。通过这种方法,我们可以制备出具有优异性能的碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料。当无溶剂BN纳米流体的含量为2%时,热导率达到了最高值,达到了2.89WmK,而层剪切强度也有了显著提升,达到了60.86MP,而弯曲强度也有了显著提升,达到了886Mpa这些研究结果探究了无溶剂BN纳米流体改性水性环氧上浆剂在复合材料中的应用影响,为未来的改性碳纤维工业生产和应用开发提供了有益的参考。关键词:碳纤维上浆剂力学性能热导率AbstractIn recent years,carbon fiber composites have been increasingly used in variousindustries,particularly in military,medical,aerospace,and other fields,due to theirexcellent mechanical strength,heat resistance,and corrosion resistance.However,itslimited thermal conductivity has also hindered its further application.This study focuseson improving the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of carbon fibercomposites by using modified BN to obtain solvent-free BN nanofluids to address thedispersion problem of BN nanoparticles in water-based sizing agents.The motivation is toovercome the poor thermal conductivity of carbon fiber composites,thereby expandingtheir range of applications.By using silane coupling agent-polyether amine (KH560-M2070),we have successfully modified BN to a solvent-free nanofluid,achieving its effective application.The synthesis of the nanofluid was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermal gravimetric analysis,etc.Through this study,we found that the solvent-free BN nanofluid has excellent dispersion and stability,laying a solid foundation for the development of modified aqueous sizing agents.By adding different concentrations of BN nanofluid,we can effectively improvethe performance of carbon fibers.This modification method can make carbon fibers more tough and significantly improve their mechanical and thermal properties.Through this method,we can prepare carbon fiber-reinforced epoxy resin composites with excellent performance.When the content of solvent-free BN nanofluid is 2%,the thermal conductivity reaches the highest value,reaching 2.89 W/mK,and the interlaminar shear strength is also significantly improved,reaching 60.86 MPa,while the bending strength is also significantly improved,reaching 886 MPa.These research results have explored the impact of solvent-free BN magneticnanofluid-modified water-based epoxy sizing agents on composite materials,providingvaluable insights for future industrial production and application development of modifiedcarbon fibers.Key words:Carbon fibre Sizing agent Mechanical property Thermal conductivity目录摘要ABSTRACT....第1章绪论.11.1碳纤维1.1.1碳纤维简介1.1.2碳纤维改性方法21.2环氧树脂上浆剂.41.3碳纤维复合材料简介.….61.3.1碳纤维复合材料的应用…061.3.2改性碳纤维复合材料.…71.3.3外部条件对碳纤维复合材料的作用1.4无溶剂纳米流体简介.81.4.1纳米类流体的制备91.4.2纳米类流体的应用111.5课题研究目的及意义111.6主要技术路线及研究内容12第2章无溶剂BN纳米流体的制备及研究.142.1引言.….142.2实验部分……142.2.1实验原料…..142.2.2实验仪器152.2.3实验过程2.2
