AbstractThe self-built logistics center of physical stores is conducive to improving theefficiency of commodity transportation,and once the scale effect is formed,it canalso reduce logistics costs,which is an inevitable direction for future development forlarge chain enterprises.This article takes the example of Zhixin Injection MoldingCompany in Foshan City's Shunde District.Based on the understanding of thecompany's organizational structure and distribution operation process,it uses a varietyof survey methods to conduct research and analysis.After research,it was found thatthe company's distribution center had problems with unreasonable location selectionof the distribution center,unreasonable planning of the distribution line,low sorting,loading and unloading efficiency,low unified distribution efficiency,and lack ofeffective logistics distribution cooperation.In response to these problems,this articlehas formulated five solutions:scientifically planning the location of the distributioncenter,rationally planning the distribution route,optimizing the cargo position toimprove the sorting efficiency,improving the unified distribution efficiency,anddeveloping the third-party logistics distribution model.Keywords:Logistics Distribution Center Work EfficiencyEnterprise Development
