Risk analysis and optimization suggestions of enterpriselogistics outsourcing --Take JJIC Guangzhou Branch asan example[Abstract]At the same time that logistics outsourcing brings correspondingprofits to enterprises,risks will also accompany them,causing huge losses toenterprises.To this end,enterprises should use scientific and reasonable methods toanalyze the risks that may exist in the process of enterprise logistics outsourcing,andput forward corresponding optimization suggestions to promote better development ofenterprises.This article mainly takes JJIC's logistics outsourcing process as theresearch object,uses logistics outsourcing related knowledge and risk managementtheory,collects first-hand data through survey interviews and internship work,mainlyuses quantitative,qualitative and table description methods to analyze the obtaineddata Finally,according to the actual risk situation,the corresponding optimizationsuggestions and qualitative optimization flow charts are proposed,and the effect ofthe optimization process is predicted.Due to the internship limitation,the thesis isbiased towards qualitative analysis and optimization,which has certain limitations.However,the research results show that through the use of quantitative analysis,comparative selection method and other methods,process optimization can providemore direct enterprise benefits,reduce JJIC's logistics costs,and rationally allocateresources.[Keywords]Logistics Outsourcing RiskRisk AnalysisOptimizationRecommendations
