零售企业物流节点配送路线优化研究–以中山市石岐区名创优品为例

Research on the optimization of logistics node distributionroute of retail enterprise-Taking MINISO in ShiqiDistrict of Zhongshan City as an Example[Abstract]With the world's increasingly close business cooperation andnational consumption concept changing,the dazzling array of foreign goods are beingtransferred to the domestic market.On one hand,retail enterprises with high costperformance and good office experience enjoy great popularity among youngconsumers.On the other hand,the customer flow of offline ratail bricks-and-mortarstores increased sharply,and the consumption of goods increasing ,which havebrought certain benefits to retail enterprises.The material dispatch between storesbrings much pressure to their own logistics distribution system.Therefore,it is ofgreat significance to optimize terminal logistics distribution routes.Although Chinahas made great progress in optimizing terminal logistics distribution routes in recentyears,many stores distribution have adopted algorithm optimization route andreduced distribution cost,but logistics distribution routes are still imperfect,only atthe initial stage.Therefore,it is urgent for retail enterprises to optimize disrtbutionroutes between logistics nodes.This paper mainly adopts the method of case analysis.Taking MINISO in ShiqiDistrict of Zhongshan City as an Example,first-hand data are collected throughinterviews and field research to understand the actual situation of locagistics nodedistribution of MINISO in this area.and uses quantitative and qualitative analysismethods to analyze the current situation of local logistics node distribution node.Finally,the paper explores and even optimizes logistics nodes and delivery routes inthis area based on the actual situation,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
