Research on layout planning and Simulation of productionlogistics system of enterprise A based on Systematic LayoutPlanning[Abstract]With the economic globalization,the diversification of marketdemand and the rapid response of market,the layout of production logistics systemrestricts the production efficiency of enterprises more and more obviously.In thispaper,a manufacturing enterprise is taken as an example to make a scientific andsystematic layout plan for its production logistics system.The details are as follows:This paper first introduces the system layout planning method and Flexsimsimulation software,and analyzes the current situation of the data collected by theproduction logistics system of the enterprise,then uses Systematic Layout Planningmethod to analyze the logistics relationship and non logistics relationship of itsproduction logistics operation units,on this basis,combined with the actual situationof the enterprise to improve and re layout.Finally,through Flexsim simulationtechnology,the new and old schemes are simulated and compared to ensure that thescheme is reliable and effective,which can make the material handling ofmanufacturing company a smooth,avoid invalid transportation,shorten the handlingdistance,shorten the production cycle,improve the operation efficiency of the internallogistics and reduce the internal logistics cost of the enterprise.Keywords]Production logistics system Layout planning SystematicLayout Planning System simulation
