Waste Clothes Recycling Logistics Model and NetworkConstruction-Taking Lianzhou City,GuangdongProvince as an Example[Abstract]With the improvement of people's living standard and continuousupgrading of consumer demand,the speed of clothing elimination is faster and faster.As a result,a large number of clothes are idle every year,resulting in waste ofresources.In recent years,China has issued a series of policies to promote therecycling of waste clothing,which has achieved remarkable results in some areas,andthe recycling awareness of residents has also been enhanced.However,the recoveryrate of clothing in most areas of China is still at a low level.The main reasons are thatthe recycling publicity is not in place and the recycling network is not perfect.In this paper,the method of case analysis is used,taking Lianzhou City ofGuangdong Province as an example,through questionnaire survey,interview andother ways to understand the current situation of local residents'waste clothingrecycling.And through the comparative analysis,make recommendations for the localchoice of recycling mode,and finally use the center of gravity method to improve thelocal recycling logistics network.Through research,this paper holds that "public welfare organization recyclingbin"is the most suitable mode of recovery in Lianzhou,and the mode of Internet plusrecycling can serve as the goal of future development.Combined with the specificinformation of existing recycling points,this paper selects a recycling center forLianzhou City by using the method of center of gravity,and improves the localnetwork system of "recycling point recycling center".Recycling Logistics Network[Key words]waste clothing recycling logistics Recycling Logistics ModelRecycling Logistics Network
