Research on Optimization of storage management ofe-commerce platform--taking a platform of JD logisticsLEGE Park as an example[Abstract]At present,the "Internet plus logistics"mode is the inevitable outcome ofthe big data era.Storage management has become an important part of logisticsoperation.This paper introduces an example of a storage platform in JD LogisticsLEGE Park,analyzes the warehouse allocation management mode of JD LEGElogistics park by observation method,then compares the warehouse managementmode analyzed and summarized by literature survey method and others,analyzes theexisting problems in the storage management of the platform,and finally analyzes theperformance management,commodity packaging management,route planningmanagement in storage,human resources management From the perspective of sourcemanagement,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of JD warehousemanagement and provides reference suggestions for improving warehousemanagement.Therefore,the research of this paper has very important theoretical andpractical significance.[Keywords]Workflow;e-commerceplatform;warehousingmanagement
