Research on Improvement of Production Logistics Systemof HeLv Lighting Co.,Ltd.Abstract In this paper,the research object is the production logistics system ofAluminum Lighting Co.,Ltd..By consulting the relevant literature,under theguidance of the theory of production logistics,the research results of domestic andforeign experts and scholars are used as reference,by using the method of literatureanalysis and case analysis,this paper focuses on the problems of the case company,such as the long distance of material handling,the low supervision of logistics,etc..Combined with "5WIH"analysis method and SLP method,logistics analysis andnon-logistics analysis are carried out for each operation unit,and two optimizedschemes of material handling route are worked out,and then the optimum scheme isselected by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to optimize the layout of theworkshop,which can greatly shorten the handling distance.Through on-the-spotinvestigation and inquiry of the staff,it is found that the case company still has somedeficiencies in the management of production logistics,such as disorderly warehousegoods,unclear division of responsibility,low level of logistics knowledge,etc.Atlast,it puts forward some suggestions to improve the production logistics system ofthe company,such as improving the storage mode,rationally utilizing humanresources and developing logistics training,which can avoid the drawbacks ofproduction logistics management to a certain extent,make the production site moresmooth and orderly.Keywords Production Logistics System SLP methodMaterial handlingProduction Logistics Management Analytic hierarchy process
