中草药添加对大黄鱼TRIM25基因表达的影响

AbstractTripartite motif containing protein 25(trim25)plays a key part in innate immunity offish.In this experiment,the relative expression of trim25 gene was analyzed by addingdifferent proportion of Chinese herbal compound(Radix Pseudostellariae,Morinda officinalis,angelica,wolfberry,Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala)to the feed of large yellowcroaker,and feeding it for 30 days.From the results:contrast with the control group,theexpression of the gene decreased in different degrees in each experimental group (except E5group),the most decreased expression in E3 group (64%),followed by El group (47%),andthe expression in E5 group increased by 19%contrast with the control group,but every twosets of data are almost identical,mathematically speaking (P>0.05).The results of this studysupply simple data for the application of Chinese herbal medicine as bait additive in the feedof large yellow croaker,and also provide the preliminary research basis for Chinese herbalmedicine as fish immune enhancer.Key words:large yellow croaker;Chinese herbal medicine;TRIM25;
