北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Annual Output of 10,000 Tons of Yoghurt Production Factory DesignAbstractThe products in this design is a kind of low fat and low sugar products.In order toimprove the quality of low-fat yoghurt and reduce the sugar content,2.24%inulin was addedto the regular formula,and 0.02%aspartame and 2.51%white granulated sugar were used toreduce the sugar content in the common formula.In order to achieve an annual output of 10,000 tons of yoghurt,the technological designwas selected for the optimized formula.Besides,select the type of yoghurt productionequipment and estimate the cost through material balance calculation.According to workshopdesign principles and factory design principles,complete scientific and reasonable factorylayout design,workshop graphic design and workshop equipment layout plan.At the end ofthe paper,the solution of three wastes treatment is put forward.In addition,the product ispriced and a significant profit return is expectedKey words:yoghurt products;low fat and low sugar,factory design
