北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Annual output of 10000 tons of FormulaMilk powder plant designAbstractThe design of the formula milk powder factory with an annual output of 10,000tons takes full account of the current economic development and the current growth inthe demand for milk powder for infants and young children.The selection of productionequipment considers the process flow,energy saving,safety,and economy Type,themechanization and automation are considered in the process flow design,the technologyis advanced,reliable and safe,and the factory workshop layout is reasonable andstandardized.According to the requirements of the formula milk powder plant design,in thispaper,the factory design fully meets the production requirements,and on the basis ofprocess design,the equipment is selected,the layout of the plant area is optimized,theprocess flow chart is drawn,and the material balance and economic analysis of the milkpowder production plant are carried out in order to achieve the purpose ofmodernization and rationalization of production,and to provide reliable data for thefuture construction of the factory.The economic analysis proves that the design of thefactory is reasonable.Key words:Formula milk powder;Production Process;material balance;equipment selection;
