北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of power battery factory for bus with annual output of5000 setsAbstractWith the change of the era of energy use,the proportion of new energy vehicles in theautomobile market is increasing.Among them,power battery vehicles are the main force of newenergy vehicles.Due to its high energy density and light weight,lithium iron phosphate hasbecome the main anode material for power batteries.This design will take Zhuhai No.69 bus as areference,design the parameters of the power battery pack suitable for this route,take lithium ironphosphate as the positive electrode,adopt the winding process,make the single battery through theprocesses of positive and negative electrode material making,pole piece making,cell winding,shell entering,liquid injection,formation and aging,and then use spot welding process toassemble the battery pack.The material data and equipment selection of the battery are determinedby determining the model of the single battery,and the related three wastes recovery is described.This design also selects the plant site from geographical factors,plant size and other factors,anddraws the relevant plant layout and plant layout.Key words:lithium iron phosphate battery;Winding process;Spot welding;Treatmentof three wastes
