本科论文AbstractUnder the guidance of the international and global education trend,Englisheducation in primary schools has been closely concerned by the domesticeducation field.More and more schools and parents keep their children's foreignlanguage learning age ahead of time,and pay close attention to their children'slearning in the primary school age,that is,the critical period of languagedevelopment.Primary school English is a rich subject,which requires teachersto prepare many teaching resources,such as using multimedia to organicallycombine words,pictures,sounds and other contents into a whole,which greatlystimulates students'interest in learning,enlivens English teaching and improvesclassroom teaching efficiency.Situational teaching method can play a very good exercise effect onstudents'practical English ability.Situational teaching method refers to theteaching method in which teachers purposefully introduce or create vivid andspecific scenes with certain emotional color and image as the main body,so as tocause certain attitude experience of students,so as to help students understandthe teaching materials and develop their psychological functions.Theapplication of situational teaching method can make students feel like that theyare in the English world.Studying positively in a relaxing and comfortableenvironment,students can develop good learning habits and deepen the input oflinguistic information or generate language internalization.The purpose of this paper is to study the role of situational education in anEnglish classroom at an elementary school and solve problems with memoryimpairment,high forgotten speed and less interest in learning English.Situational teaching methods enable students to practice and use English insituational learning.In this way,they can improve their oral communication andoverall ability to use English.Keywords:situational teaching method;learning interest;English classroomteaching in primary school
