本科论文AbstractFor China,it has been standing in the east of the world as an ancient and civilizedcountry.As a large country with a population of 1.4 billion,China is facing greatchallenges and opportunities in catering alone.With the development of the times,differentcatering space representatives have appeared in different times,and catering space designhas also developed rapidly.Therefore,how to build a catering space with both regionalcultural connotation and aesthetic feeling of the times has become a topic that manydesigners and students are good at studying and discussing.Food and beverage culture isindispensable to the design of food and beverage space,and Chinese food and beverageculture is an important component of traditional eastern culture.Through the aging of thetimes,many food and beverage space design styles with eastern characteristic culture haveevolved,such as stable and elegant Chinese retro style and simplified and pristine newChinese style.Combined with the above,therefore,this article will take the new Chinesestyle as the design core and catering architecture as the main body.In the dining space,functional division,dynamic and static combination,primary and secondary streamline,color contrast,element representation and other methods are used to design the interiorspace of the dining one by one to create a new Chinese dining space with elegantenvironment and refined temperament.Its name is defined as "Impression Mountain CityNew Chinese Dining Space".Key words:dining space;new Chinese style:innovation and development
