本科论文AbstractIn China,communication equipment manufacturing enterprises,representedby Huawei,are taking investment decision-making as a fulcrum to providestrategic support for their global business and integration into the internationalcommunity.As one of the key enterprises concerned by the state,only theaccurate investment decision and the correct financial strategy are its strongsupport,is the cornerstone for Huawei to optimize the allocation of resources,expand the share of transactions,and form a larger economic scale.Based on the theories of technology innovation and the research results ofrelated literatures at home and abroad,this paper finds that when HuaweiCompany makes investment decisions,it is often based on the analysis of itsfinancial situation and the status quo of the industry development,then from thesensitive factor analysis and other five aspects to assess the rationality andfeasibility of investment decisions.At the same time,we find that there are someproblems in the investment mode and the analysis of the above-mentioned fiveaspects,and then propose solutions.As follows:First,Huawei Company in theexisting market share on the basis of active development of new markets;Second,take measures in accordance with the law to recover arrears,to avoid the companya large number of bad debts,bad debts;Third,new products,do a good job ofmarket forecasting;Forth,Huawei should continue to strengthen riskidentification and management,and adjust its strategy in time.Fifth,Huaweishould continue to strengthen BCM training and conduct regular exercises to helpemployees and organizations build up correct BCM awareness,able to effectivelydeal with and respond to emergencies,and then control and management ofday-to-day business risks.To sum up,this article thinks that Huawei Company still need to improve theinvestment decision-making,and Huawei Company in the investmentdecision-making useful experience is also worthy of learning from the sameindustry.
