本科论文关键词：建筑企业；融资渠道：融资方式AbstractWith the development of economy,the increase of population makes the realestate enterprises usher in the spring of development,thus the real estate economy hasachieved rapid development.The government also vigorously called for the policy of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",which indirectly promoted the developmentof construction enterprises.Therefore,construction enterprises have a huge space fordevelopment,while modern construction enterprises are constantly increasing,and themarket competition among construction enterprises is increasingly fierce.Theirmutual competition promotes the development of China's national economy,soconstruction enterprises become more and more important to China's nationaleconomy.Because the construction industry itself is characterized by the need forenterprises to pay a large amount of capital,and most construction enterprises havefew financing channels and single ways,financing is difficult to become a veryimportant issue that cannot be ignored in the development process of modernconstruction enterprises.This paper takes Henan Hong sheng construction engineering company.as themain research object,analyzes its financing problems,and proposes correspondingsolutions,so that the company can have better financial security in the future andachieve the goal of sustainable development of the company.Henan Hong Shengconstruction engineering company is a company with construction as the core,thereare also some construction companies in the market now exists and its difficulties,therefore,this article also hope that through the analysis of the case for as it faces theproblem of company to provide some Suggestions for reference,promote thesustainable development of construction enterprises.Key words:construction enterprises;Financing channels;financing methods
