本科论文AbstractWith speedy economic evolution and boosting the living level of the people,people'sdemand for real estate keeps increasing,which makes the scale of real estate enterprisescontinuously expand.Real estate enterprises'quantity and scale expanded dramatically that hasbrought greater challenges to real estate enterprises'management.In recent years,theenterprise financial theory is becoming more and more perfect,whether the enterprise cancreate greater value has become the first problem to be solved in front of the enterprise.Thestable cash flow of an enterprise is of great significance to the rapid realization of internalcontrol,decision-making and arrangement,and sustainable development of the enterprise,which is conducive to creating greater value for the enterprise.This paper take China Resources Land as an example,and analyzes the cash flow statusof China Resources Land based on the financial data of the past three years.According to theanalysis,it can be concluded that the cash flow structure of China Resources Land is notreasonable,the cash flow quality is not superior,the cash flow rate is slow,there are risks.After that,by analyzing the cash flow management problems and their causes in the dailyoperation of China Resources Land,specific strategies are made to realize the company'sefficient cash flow management.With the gradually intense race in the real estate business,China Resources Land must realize the importance of cash flow early,adjust the company'scash flow management model and management system,keep up with the pace of The Times,do not be afraid of external challenges,seize the opportunity,in order to achieve long-termdevelopment.Key words:cash flow;Cash flow management;Business model
