本科论文AbstractAt present,China's real estate enterprises financing risk exists mainly because of thelarge cost of capital,by macro government regulation and control of a wide range of influence,project completion cycle is long,the total capital turnover rate is low.However,comparedwith other industries,the real estate industry also has certain advantages.For example,thereal estate industry as a whole is in a stage of vigorous development,and the industry containsa lot of potential to be discovered and development space to be explored.So it is necessary tostudy the financing risk of real estate companies.This paper focuses on the analysis of the company's current financing risk status Aoyuan,from four aspects of detailed analysis.The risk factors affecting the company's financing werefound as follows:as the company was an emerging company,the company did not timelyadjust its control over the financing mode according to different policy changes.Always in aproject from the beginning to the completion of the process,the selection of invariablefinancing model,so the enterprise financing cost is higher than other real estate companies atthe same time.Financing cost is also the height of the impact of the company financing risk.Therefore,according to the problems found in the paper and the reasons affecting thefinancing risk,the specific measures for the company to prevent financing risk are putforward.First of all,Aoyuan should strengthen the awareness of all the employees about riskprevention and the warning mechanism before the establishment of the company.Secondly,establish the financial management system,strengthen the daily management of theenterprise's activities to be implemented,and guard against risks in the process of projectimplementation.In this way,it can reduce the unnecessary loss brought by the financing riskto the enterprise and finally realize the principle of maximizing the enterprise's interests.Key words:funding risk;real estate enterprise;financing
