我国农民养老保险体系的研究——以泉州地区为例

AbstractThe number of old people in rural areas is increasing every year,and the largenumber of old people makes the retirement problem of farmers increasingly serious.Establishing and improving the endowment insurance system of farmers with Chinesecharacteristics has become a major task of the country and society.This article firstdescribes the concept and evolution of the farmers'pension system.Second,thisreport introduces the current situation of pension insurance for farmers in Quanzhou,including the basic situation of farmers,pension insurance policies and participationin insurance.Secondly,the unreasonable pension insurance of farmers in Quanzhou isin the areas where the contributions are accumulated,and the government's financialincentives,At the same time,the security level is low,and the major differences in thesystem are analyzed.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions areput forward:separate the payment,increase financial support,improve wilt'sawareness,and gradually achieve the goal of urban equity.Key words:Endowmentinsurance;Farmers;Ruralareas;Insurance system
