第Ⅱ页华东理工大学硕士学位论文Study on the Isoprene Polymerization and Condensation Technologyof Rare Earth Catalytic SystemAbstractThe full name of Polyisoprene Rubber Synthetic is cis-1,4-polyisoprene,which ispolymerized by isoprene monomer,with high CIS content (cis 1,4-configuration ofpolyisoprene is 92%97%),is the best replacement of natural rubber.In this paper,we use 10L reactor(self-designed and built)rare earth Polyisoprene processdevices to optimize the conditions of the polymerization process.The qualified and stablerubber have been obtained.The quality corresponds the level of the similar products in theworld.At the field of the process engineering,proved the catalyst recipe and lab experimentresults.The polyisoprene rubber product have the molecular weight distribution,cis-1,4-polyisoprene content:and isoprene polymerization conversion meeting requirementsby adjusting polymerization conditions.The raw rubber Mooney was controlled to 80+5,cis-1,4-polyisoprene content >96%,and relative molecular weight distribution index <3.0.We studied the effect of storage conditions of polymer materials and the influence ofimpurities on polymerization reaction.We studied the effect of condensation temperature,water-glue ratio,nozzle structure,nozzle location and dispersing agent to condensation through the 500L one-pot condensationexperiments.And the gas phase composition of condensation kettle was also studied.Theresults showed that the best process condition is the condensation temperature is 90-95C andthe water-glue ratio is 10~15:1.When the nozzle diameter is 3 mm and the ejection directionsadjust to a stirred maximum shear force,the shape of the micelles could be significantlychanged after the use of special dispersing agents.We could obtain small and homogeneouscolloidal particle.Keywords:rare earth catalyst;Polyisoprene Rubber;solution polymerization;Condensation:Property
