北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production process design of lithium battery for intelligent sweeperwith annual output of 3 million 14.8V and 2200mAhAbstractIn this paper,the development status and composition structure of lithium-ion batteries,including the working principle,characteristics,development history,market demand,development and application of 104050 square lithium-ion batteries,are discussed.Accordingto the size of batteries and the proportion of positive and negative pole ingredients,thenumber of winding layers,pole size and liquid injection volume of batteries are determined.Then,the positive active material adopts modified lithium cobaltic acid,the conductive agentis acetylene black,the binder is PVDF,and the mixture is based on the formula proportion;the negative active material adopts natural graphite,the conductive agent is acetylene black,the binder is PVDF,and the mixture is based on the formula proportion;the electrolyte adoptslithium hexafluorophosphate,the organic solvent is ternary DMC:Dec:EC 1:1:1;PPmembrane is used as the diaphragm,and aluminum is used Plastic film material is used asouter package and cap.The cell is made by winding,and the electrolyte is injected toassemble the battery.And according to the annual output of 3 million 14.8V,2200mAhintelligent sweeper lithium battery requirements for the series parallel way design,while thecorresponding process parameters are calculated in detail,according to the materialconsumption to determine the number of equipment sets and equipment selection,accountingfor the final production cost,the last three waste treatment and recovery in detail,using CADto draw the workshop layout.Finally,104050 square lithium-ion batteries with the actualcapacity of 2230mah are widely used in the home service robot industry.Keywords:modified lithium cobaltite;104050 square lithium ion battery;home service robot1
