北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Process design of 200,000 aluminum alloy cosmetic caps with anannual outputAbstractAt present,the application of anodic oxidation in the field of decoration has been moreand more widely.With the improvement of living standards,our requirements for decorativearticles have gradually increased.It is necessary to have both good color and good corrosionresistance of paint coatings.In the process of anodic oxidation,sulfuric acid anodic oxidationis a widely used anodic oxidation process.Its advantages are simple process,low cost andgood corrosion resistance of oxide film.However,the disadvantage is that the fatigueproperties of the substrates are greatly affected.Therefore,the design of this course usessulfuric acid-adipic acid system to anodize,adipic acid can improve the fatigue performanceof sulfuric acid anodizing on the substrate and reduce the porosity,which is a better process.This design uses aluminum alloy anodic oxidation and organic coloring for electroplating,tounderstand the reaction mechanism of aluminum alloy electroplating process,the propertiesand characteristics of sulfuric acid anodic oxidation,and the formula of organic coloring.Thisdesign also mainly introduces the process of aluminium alloy anodic oxidation coloringprocess,including pre-treatment,anodic oxidation,chemical coloring,post-treatment,determination of process parameters and process conditions,design of material flow directionand material balance,solve the requirements of energy balance and ventilation,as well as thewaste gas and slag generated in the electroplating process.Processing and designing thelayout of the workshop.Keywords:Sulfuric acid-adipic acid anodic oxidation;Organic dye coloring;Workshoplayout
