Design of biodiesel production process with an annual output of100,000tonsAbstractNowadays,the increasing shortage of natural fossil non-renewable resources and theecological environment becomes worse make how to develop the energy that can be appliedto biodiesel has become an important part of the national development strategy.Sincebiodiesel is a kind of renewable energy with safety performance,good environmentalprotection characteristics and combustion performance,the production of biodiesel hasbecome a research hotspot.However,the traditional biodiesel production process mainlyadopts oil crops as raw materials,and uses acid-base catalytic method for transesterification toproduce biodiesel.The traditional production process has the disadvantages of impact on theecological environment,high production cost,responsible process,large amount of wastewater and so on.Therefore,waste gutter oil is used as raw material,yeast lipase is used as acatalyst,and the lipase is fixed in magnetic iron oxide to improve the service life of catalyst.The advantage of the immobilized enzyme catalysis method is that the requirement of freefatty acids in the raw oil is not high,and the by-products can be purified by distillation andrecycled without waste water.Key words:Biodiesel;immobilized enzyme method;enzymatic esterification;sewage oil
