Process Design of Acrylic Acid with Annual Output of80,000TonsAbstractThe design is to use propylene direct oxidation method to produce acrylic acid,also known as propylene two-step oxidation method.Acrolein is produced in the firstreactor,then acrylic acid is produced in the second reactor,and the product is fed intothe refining process,during which a catalyst is added.The whole process is roughlydivided into two parts:the oxidation section and the refining section.The mainequipment of the oxidation section is the first oxidizer and the second oxidizer,andthe refined part is the absorption tower,stripper tower,dehydrating tower anddeweighting tower,as well as the auxiliary equipment coolers and so on.To achievethe production and refining of acrylic acid.The design mainly includes the selection of production plan,process flow chartand description,material balance,heat balance,equipment selection,workshop layoutand environmental protection.The PFD drawing,PID drawing,workshop layoutdrawing and main equipment assembly drawing were drawn.Keywords:Acrylic acid,two-step oxidation,oxidation section,refining section.
