北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Annual production process design of Eva resin for 10,000 tons offoamingAbstractThis design intends to produce 10,000 tons of EVA resin.First of all the performancecharacteristics,market demand and development trend of EVA are analyzed,and the currentproduction formula and production process of EVA resin are compared.Finally,the designdetermines the production process using high-pressure bulk polymerization method,andselects the appropriate EVA resin production materials accordingly Additives and theirproduction formulas,as well as the design of reasonable preparation schemes and equipmentprocesses,etc.,give specific process parameters about EVA production.And then,the amountof ethylene input per batch is 6293.06kg,and the amount of vinyl acetate input is 1398.458kg,and the amount of Acrylic input is 38.846Kg,the total mass of the produced polymer is1932.591Kg,the process flow chart with control points is drawn according to the selectedprocess flow route,and according to the actual Situation Feasibility analysis of the processroute,pointing out possible problems and solutions.At the same time,according to theselected formula,the material balance,the heat balance and the size of the equipment arecalculated.At last,this design also made corresponding plans for the three waste treatments,including waste gas treatment,waste water treatment and waste residue treatment.Keywords:EVA;High pressure bulk method;Polymerization process design;Materialand heat balance;"Three wastes"treatment目录
