河北联合大学硕士学位论文AbstractIn the field of the coal,vibrating screen has a very wide range of applications,as animportant part of material processing machinery,with washing,dewatering,classification,medium and other functions.There are many different kinds of vibrating screen andstraight vibrating screen production efficiency is better,not only can get betterclassification effect,and its efficiency is higher,and easy maintenance.Vibrating screendynamic characteristics,and can be having a direct effect on its working efficiency andservice life.Therefore,it is necessary for vibrating screen and the in-depth study of thedynamic behavior of the,and carries on the structure of the optimization,maximumefficacy into play,it enhances the working efficiency of the coal operation.In ZK3648-SH shaker for the study,for domestic shaker base beams were moreprone to fracture,the relatively short life of these two significant problems from differentangles statics and dynamics,finite element analysis using ANSYS software analysis andresearch of the shaker.Papers selected shaker design and related parameters studied,and the shaker worksanalyzed using knowledge movement mechanics noted movement on the vibrating screenmaterial,and its depth and detailed analysis and research,mechanical model shaker;followed by the establishment of a three-dimensional model of three-dimensional designsoftware,Creo,import ANSYS software based on finite element method for large linearvibrating screen statics,modal time history response analysis,and experimental modalanalysis combined optimize the structure to ensure the shaker to work properly.The lastlarge-scale linear vibrating screen for low life characteristics of the focus position of theshaker fatigue life prediction,provide a reference for the shaker design,installation anduse.Dynamic design method using finite element analysis and experimental modalanalysis,etc.,to solve the problem shaker intensity provides a new structureimprovement program,with guidance for the design and manufacture of vibrating screen.Figure 52;Table 9;Reference 43Keywords:linear vibrating sieve,dynamic analysis,Finite element,Structureoptimization,strength-Ⅱ
