北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计10 million units per year 18650 7.2 V 7.8Ah Industrial testingequipment Lithium battery production process and workshop designAbstractThe battery pack designed in this paper has a target capacity of 7.8 Ah,a target voltageof 7.2 V,and is applied to detection equipment in industry.The final finished battery pack hasa capacity of 7.8 Ah,a voltage of 7.2 V,a combination of six 18650 monomer lithium nickelcobalt manganese oxide cells in 2 series and 3 parallel,and the 18650 lithium nickel cobaltmanganese oxide battery has a voltage of 3.6 V,a resistance of 24.797 m,and a mass of 38.7for a single cell can be recycled more than 500 times.Material selection,process approval,dimension calculation,material balance,equipment selection,production workshop design,waste treatment are carried out respectively.In this paper,the positive and negative paste andpaste are improved to improve the uniformity,stability,bond effect and the proportion of solidcontent of the positive paste.Keywords:lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide,type 18650,material balance,and paste
