AbstractAmorphous alloy is a kind of metal material formed under the condition of fast cooling.Compared with the traditional crystalline alloy,amorphous alloy has excellent mechanicalproperties.However,due to its cold brittleness,it is difficult for the amorphous alloy tocarry out the traditional machining.However,amorphous alloy has superplasticity in itssupercooled liquid phase zone,and in this temperature range,amorphous alloy can be easilyformed into various complex structures.In order to overcome the defects of difficultprocessing of amorphous alloy,this paper studied the thermoplastic forming process ofamorphous alloy.Based on the traditional thermoplastic forming process of amorphous alloy,two newthermoplastic forming processes of amorphous alloy are proposed in this paper.First makemore groups of amorphous alloy micro forming thermoplastic molding test,the test samplesurface microstructure were characterized,characterized as a result,put forward a new typeof amorphous alloy high temperature thermoplastic molding process,the amorphous alloysin supercooled liquid region on the superplasticity and good high temperature stability ofthe amorphous alloy organic union,make sample on forming the microstructure at the sametime has good high temperature stability,put forward the possibility of amorphous alloyapplied in high temperature on the mould.Finally,an amorphous alloy 3D microporous array forming process is proposed.Thecomplex 3D microporous array structure can be obtained simply by using multiple steelballs.Key Words:Amorphous alloy;Thermoplastic molding;Microstructural;Microlensarray;Mould2
